Objective; My objective is to obtain a position utilizing my passion and experience for
the restaurant industry.
Job Experience
2009-Present; Quality Control Technician PSL North America, Bay St. Louis,
MS, I am currently responsible for upholding standards and quality
specifications as stated by company procedures and API. Although
I do not have certifications I have touched on NDT methods such as
UT, PT,
And VT.
2008-2009; Culinary Lead Wolfgang Puck,Wilkes-Barre, Pa, I was responsible
for the general management of the kitchen. My tasks included
daily line inspections, ordering necessities for the restaurant,
inventory, and food cost fluctuations. Production cooking was also a
major portion of my responsibilities.
2007-2008; Restaurant Manager Cookout, Greensboro, NC, I was responsible
for delegating a staff of twenty in a quick service restaurant. My
duties also included appearance of the facility, insuring the
efficiency of the restaurant and production cooking.
Education
2004-2006; Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, NY, I studied culinary arts
under the watchful eyes of the industries top professionals. As well as
production kitchens I also attended classes such as product
knowledge, food safety and interpersonal communications.
2000-2004; James M. Coughlin High School Wilkes-Barre, PA, I attended
general courses with a vocational elective in culinary arts at
Wilkes-Barre Area Vocational Technical School(WBAVTS). Along with
my high school diploma I also earned NOCTI and PA Skills
Certifications restaurant service, management and production.
During my time at WBAVTS I participated in various food
service competitions.
