PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:
Manage the administration/provision of health services to 1,200+ patients

medical care within the framework established by the corrections system to

PROGRAM EVALUATION/DEVELOPMENT:
Develop resources to provide medical services that meet applicable

medical corrections staff members and service providers, in order to make

Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze situations, and
develop/implement feasible solutions, including overseeing creation and
implementation of special units/programs within the Nursing/Medical

physician, one radiologist, one pharmacist, one pharmacy technician, 20
nurses, five auxiliary medical staff and a medical records department)

administrative staff to achieve department goals and fulfill contractual
