hospital here in Reno Nevada through home care.

- I was Dr. Blacks receptionist. I answered phones, authorized patient

benefits, filed, checked in and out patients, scheduled patient

appointments, and collected co-pays.

2001-2002

- Dr. Lexy Parker OB/GYN

- I worked as Dr. Parkers receptionist, my duties were checking in and out

patients, scheduling patient appointments, answering phones, collecting co-

pays, and authorizing patient referrals. I left due to Dr. Parker taking

time off to deal with a personal illness.

2000-2001

- Dr, Mcgaw OB/GYN

- My duties included answering phones, filing checking in and out patients,

scheduling patient appointments, collecting co- pays and authorizing

patient referrals. I resigned to go and work for Dr. Lexy Parker's private

practice.

1999-2000

- Saint Mary's Medical Center ( sub- contracted in as a medical biller, to

collect past due accounts of large sums with various governmental agencies,

such as Champus. I did this by re-billing and changing the ICD-9 codes that

had been previously submitted improperly. I left when my contract was up.

1994-1999

- Smith's Food & Drug ( As a Baker )

- I worked for this company in California and Nevada.

- I left after obtaining a Business Management Degree.

1991-1994

- I owned a flower shop in Lancaster California called Floral Affairs.

- I managed all business aspects of the shop.

- I was the prime designer and manager for all decisions related to the

business, and training of others, until I sold the company.

:Hobbies

- I enjoy all outdoor activities, including softball and water sports.

- I also enjoy writing and music.

- I have seven goats and three dogs. I am an animal lover.

I am dependable, punctual, and a hard working multi-tasking person. If

player, as I get along well with others.

My philosophy in regards to work and life is to treat people the way that I
