divisional income statement and balance sheet as well as worldwide

budgets and forecasts for over fifteen entities on four continents

(plants, joint ventures, acquisitions, and headquarters of operations

in foreign countries)

. Develop business cases for joint ventures and acquisitions and

coordinate functional staffs' support to the business cases

(Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Personnel, Purchasing)

. Negotiate with potential partners in non-U.S. locations

. Present financial data in meaningful ways to ancillary departments,

functional managers, and Divisional Presidents

. Lead QS9000 Implementation Team for Documentation and Auditing
