Objective

Quality Assurance & Test Manager
Currently the QMS (Quality Management System) Representative for RFI
Corporation. These Responsibilities include;
.Development of the structure of the AS9100 QMS manual (including all of
the flow back down procedures), which was previously fragmented. Resulted
in a previous AS9100 score of 78 was improved to 94 within six (6) months.
.Ensure the QMS is adhered to and updated to reflect any process changes
that may occur.
.Managing the Incoming/Final inspection & Test team for product flow and
adherence to the Quality System.
.The review of customer's contract QA notes to ensure the product meets the
required integrity requirements.
.Track various production and Quality metrics and take the necessary
corrective actions, using Lean & Six Sigma tools, to trends that have a
negative effect on the business model.
.Responsibility of the stringent testing that is required for Government
QPL (Qualified Parts List) Hardware.
