Manage operation for 3 different HR BPO clients

with presence in over 80 countries. Responsible for

full suite of applications including 3 global SAP

HCM implementations and 80 other HR legacy

applications.

3 HR BPO clients were Motorola (Global), Hess Oil

(Global) and Goodyear (North and South America)

Support group consisted of on-shore 30 FTE and

off-shore 120 FTE, three direct reports were the

respective Production Support Manager for SAP HCM,

Providing SAP HCM leadership to on-shore group and

off-shore group that mainly consisted of legacy

application skill set. Successfully integrated key

support team whereby Motorola recognized the team
