& Aikman and Textron plants to establish product process, assembly tooling
and check fixtures.
Worked with and directed injection molding tooling sources. Both hard
plastic and foam tooling. (HS Die, Snider Mold, Delta Tooling, NYX Tech
etc.) to ensure tooling is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Worked with and directed graining sources (Melco, Tenibac-Graphion etc.).
Worked with and directed material and color suppliers (Exxon, Montell,
Huntsman, Uniform Color etc.)
Worked directly with and at customer assembly plants during launch and
production phases.
Strong design background. Works closely with designers to ensure product
can be tooled with minimum expense and maximum performance.
Strong background in sheet metal body in white and chasses.
Highly skilled in customer service, analysis and resolution of diverse
customer issues whether it is OEM's, Tier 1 or Tier 2 customers.

Guided and interacted with the various Chinese component engineers, part
suppliers, material suppliers and tooling sources.
This program is the first complete vehicle designed and engineered by SAIC
Motor, Shanghai, China.

Responsible for engineering for the GMT561 Door Panel Program.
This included release responsibility, coordination of vehicle systems
integration, initiation & implementation of engineering changes at a
vehicle systems level and a subsystems component level and plant launch
