Design/Lean Material Process Systems; developed & implemented a “lean” material

replenishment and storage system, designed visual aid systems to assist in part

identification and part storage location. Improved material flow; increased part

presentation efficiency, production productivity and material waste reduction at

manufacturing point of use. Insured product quality throughout material flow process

and at manufacturing point of use. Worked with suppliers to insure inbound material

product quality and material container standardization. Flow/Lean material

ergonomics, waste reduction, quality control and continuous improvement for new and

existing programs. Material handling, product flow and transportability to improve floor

layout, efficiency, productivity, cost effectiveness and preventative safety measurements

for existing programs. Worked closely with other engineering disciplines, material
