9-2005 to 2-2010– CPhT at St. Jospehs medical Center.

I was part of a pharmacy team that took care of the medicinal needs of the patients. I am trained in sterile procedures,

including working in a clean-room and ante-room environment. I can use Pyxis and Meditech systems. I was trained to

order drugs and supplies using Amerisource Bergen, and to stick to the monthly budget. I helped get the medications to

the correct unit and patient. I did nursing unit reviews, making sure the units were up to date and code. I also helped in

the pharmacy, to make sure it was up to code. I answered phone calls, and took messages for the pharmacist, when

needed. I utilized the different Microsoft applications, also. I stocked different areas of the pharmacy when needed.

3-2004 to 9-2005– CPhT at Eckard, now Rite Aid.

I was the only full time employee in the pharmacy, for a period of time. I was in charge of keeping the pharmacy up to

date and code. I placed and received orders for drugs and supplies. I assisted the pharmacist with filling the

prescriptions. I did light paperwork, keeping all documents and invoices organized for audits. I did inventory of the

medications in the pharmacy, including the controlled substances. On occasion, I would help with the “front end” of

the store, ringing up customers, stocking shelves, out-dating the OTC product, and doing “plan-a-grams.”
