janitorial area, machinists and security guards. Designed and built 75,000
sq. ft. building to expand market share capacity; manage a capital budget
of $1.8 million and an expense budget of $3.6 million a year. Redesigned
automatic electro-static paint department. Installed state of the art 3000-
ton extrusion press system. Less than 2% unscheduled production down time.
Installed predictive, proactive, preventive maintenance system. Designed
automated packing system and automated trucking system. Helped plan for
future long-term company goals.
Facilitator of Total Quality Management
Trainer in techniques such as supervision, statistics, and how to make
process improvement. Directly supervised two other facilitators.
Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities included correcting and solving problems in the shop,

Responsibilities included scheduling of all products through shop from raw
materials to a final product. Sales order analysis and compliance,
inventory analysis and trigger action for production schedule. Reports and
schedules performed on IBM personal computer.
