ERP system. Modules include Point of Sale, Merchandise Management, Store Operations,

Inventory Management, Portal, and Workforce Optimization. With over 200 customers, Tomax is

among the Top 10 retail software providers for Tier 1 retailers.

Responsibilities

• Worked directly with the customers to gather requirements to prepare Business Process

requirement (BPR) and Software System Requirement (SSR).

• Interact with development team to find out the solution keeping in mind the requirements

provided by the customer.

• Design and generate proposed solution document which contains the changes required

in the software provided by the Tomax and point out the areas which can be re-

engineered at customer's end to fill the gaps identified in GAP analysis .

English Biscuit Manufacturers private limited is the Leading biscuit company in Pakistan. I at EBM

designed, developed, maintained and enhanced the in-house developed interactive ERP. This

was a desktop application which covers all the basic modules of automation and the objective

was to achieve advantage of integrated modules. Within 2 years of time the company switched

from FoxPro Systems which they were using since last 12 years to Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirement and document the business process flow.

• Implement complete order to fulfillment cycle, Financial suite, Plant maintenance and

warehouse management. (The application was fully integrated with Inventory, Sales

module, Financial module incase of order to fulfillment and on the other hand

Production, Purchase, Warehouses and Financial modules incase of Supply chain).

• Interact with the customers to understand the requirement to generate the process flows

of the system.

• Do process re-engineering where ever required keeping in mind the industry best

practices.

• Written PL/SQL procedures and functions by using TOAD.
