. Set up and staffed Nova Bus Plattsburgh Quality Department. Hired and

. Set up and trained personnel on Quality systems for the NovaBus plant

. Worked to develop new suppliers to meet BAA requirements.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Engineered Products - 1983-April 2009

(Engineered Products division is now Veyance Technologies)

* Quality leader for Hose department. Managed a team of 7 quality

professionals.

* Set up Goodyear Delicias Mexico Quality Systems - conducted training for

QC20, Gage R&R analysis, Capability studies, SPC, and MSA Systems

* Supplier Quality Assurance-Developed the SQA Program to manage supplier

quality, this included setting up an incoming quality inspection system,

auditing supplier sites, tracking supplier performance and working with

suppliers to improve quality.

* Conducted supplier training conferences to improve supplier performance.

* Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) - Main contact with customers on all

Quality Issues. This included traveling to customer location on quality

issues and providing corrective actions.

* Lead Engineer on Six Sigma projects for process improvements.

* Lead Engineer for Design of Experiments (DOE's) for process improvements

lead auditor for the State Quality Award.
