following its acquisition by CEMEX. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
-Performed due diligence activities in areas of health & welfare,
compensation, and labor.

-Analyzed operations, recommended and implemented cost saving and
restructuring plans resulting in 29% reduction in first year operating
