First ever CEMEX USA manager selected for post-merger integration (PMI)

management team to integrate the 950 employee Puerto Rican Cement Company

following its acquisition by CEMEX. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

-Performed due diligence activities in areas of health & welfare,

compensation, and labor.

-Advised top management on U.S. and Puerto Rico employment and labor laws.

-Analyzed operations, recommended and implemented cost saving and

restructuring plans resulting in 29% reduction in first year operating

costs.

-Led design, recruiting, and staffing of new operations and HR
