8,500 pallet position automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) using

the latest technology from Westfalia USA.

35,000SF freezer addition, IMP and concrete tilt wall construction;

35,000SF dry storage addition, IMP and concrete tilt wall construction;

additional site work including utilities and new truck parking; extensive

office remodel

US Foodservice - Garland, TX. $26.0MM

100,000 SF addition and extensive remodel including freezer, produce and

dry storage. Also included new detached 2 story office building.

US Foodservice - Zebulon, NC $16.0MM

100,000 SF addition including freezer, produce, meat and dry storage. Also

included 13,000 SF office remodel and truck maintenance remodel.

Loop Fresh Produce - McAllen, TX. $5.0MM

50,000SF greenfield construction of a unique fresh produce facility.

Building included multiple rooms for a various mix of different produce

stored at multiple temperatures. Refrigeration system was freon and

included 16 separate systems. Dock height building constructed of IMP

including 4500 SF office constructed of stucco embossed IMP.

Sept 2005 - May 2006

VersaCold - La Porte, TX. $10.0MM

100,000SF addition to refrigerated warehouse, including 700 tons additional

ammonia refrigeration with the addition of four (4) each -40 degree blast

freezers. Structural steel / IMP freezer with concrete tilt wall dock and

support structure including new compressor room, electrical distribution

center, slatting / de-slatting area and employee break room.

Addition of a small -10F freezer inside the existing facility. IMP

construction with IMP roof (box in a box construction). Freon refrigeration

system.

60,000SF addition to existing facility, including -10F freezer, +28F

cooler, +55F produce and dry storage. Pre-engineered building construction,

IMP exterior and interior partition walls, additional ammonia

refrigeration.

Projects:

03/2004 - 07/2004

Architectural Superintendent - OnSite in Humacao, Puerto Rico and working

in daily support of the Marbella Luxury Condo Project at Palmas del Mar for

Candelero Point Partners. Project value $18MM.

Directed an Hispanic workforce of 25+ Hispanic architectural and concrete

artisans.

Two (2) buildings arranged around an open atrium, pre-stressed 5 story

concrete post tension construction.

08/2003 - 03/2004

Architectural/Mechanical Superintendent - OnSite in Carolina, Puerto Rico

and working in daily support of the Eli Lilly Humalog Project working in

concert with Fluor as prime contractor and Pharmadule of Gotenburg, Sweden

as supplier of technology and equipment. Project value $1 Billion.

Project entailed the assembly and finish out of pre-assembled modules

shipped from Sweden and erected and hooked up on site in Puerto Rico.

Directed an Hispanic workforce of 100+ mechanical and architectural

laborors installing over 1MM SF of insulated metal panels. Completed

facility scheduled for the production of synthesized insulin product.
