. Earned a Perfect Order Completion Rate of 98.6% YTD relating to on-

. Increased Mustard Milling speeds by 30% resulting in reduction in
direct labor costs
. Reduced direct labor cost per case on Specialty Mustards by 321% by
moving product from a less efficient/higher direct labor cost,
production line
. Centralized operations by combining Production Planning, Warehousing,
and Dispatch which improved overall efficiency of raw materials and
finished products movement
. Redesigned the high speed mustard line by adding accumulation and a
positive displacement filler which contributed to a D/L cost reduction
and increased line efficiency
. Reduced overtime on the Vinegar production to zero by adding a third
team and resulted in a sizeable reduction in D/L OT costs
. Negotiated and installed a Drop Trailer program for inbound raw
materials and outbound finished product loads which improved warehouse
efficiency, promoted JIT production, and improved the Perfect Order
Completion rate by 5.4%
