Bericap is a global manufacturer of closures (plastic bottle caps)
serving the beverage industry. North America operations are centered in
Burlington, Ontario Canada with two sites in the United States. Bericap
SC, LLC is a green field 24/7 operation directed at sales east of the
Mississippi. Currently we have 9 injection molding machines, with
capability of top printing and laser etching. This 89,000 square foot
building site is to expand to 48 presses and double the square footage
on 28 acres. Notable customers are Coke, Pepsi, Nestle, and Crystal
Geyser to mention a few.

Title Held: Plant Manager
Responsibilities include the P&L, HR, Materials, Shift Supervison,
Quality, Maintenance, and Processing. This is a highly automated plant,
only requiring 42 employees to produce 5.1 billion closures per year
and processing 24 million lbs of HDPE resin.
Wilbert Plastic Services : Harrisburg, NC and ST. Matthews, SC
2003-2007
Wilbert Plastic Services (Formerly Morton Custom Plastics) is a
subsidiary of Wilbert Inc. with Revenues totaling $244M. Harrisburg is
a custom molder with 38 presses ranging from 83T to 1760T with revenue
of $31M. Harrisburg is primarily molds, assembles, and paints for the
recreational and IT markets. ST. Matthews is a large custom molder with
28 presses ranging from 150T to 3500T with revenue of $21M. ST.
Matthews molds, assembles, and paints for the Agricultural and
Recreational markets.

Injectronics Inc. : Burlington, NC 2002-2003
Injectronics has revenues of $65M and is a tier 1 supplier of interior
trim and under hood injection molded products to the automotive market.
Manufacturing locations are in Burlington, NC, Wauseon, Ohio, and
Clinton, Mass. The Clinton plant also supplies injection-molded
products to the medical industry. Design and development services are
headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan and support product
launches for Ford, Chrysler, GM, Lear, Behr, and IBM.
Title Held: Engineering and Quality Manager
Responsibilities include direct responsibility for 25 people over
engineering, quality, and tooling. Engineering's role is to introduce new
product launches through the APQP process, maintain tool efficiencies and
upgrades, address customer issues and changes, work with sales and design
and development of new business, and champion lean manufacturing throughout
the plant. Quality's role is to manage the PFMEA, control plans, PPAP/PSOs,
SPC, DOE, quality rejects/concerns, interface with customer incoming
quality in the plants, internal/surveillance audits, document control of
QS9000 and ISO 14001, gage R&R, metrology, tool revalidations, in-process
inspections, and overall floor quality, and QOS metrics. Tooling
responsibilities include PM, mold upgrades, new tool introductions,
customer changes, end of arm development, and minor maintenance work
related to the all subassembly equipment and injection molding machines.

Responsible for the profit and loss of a $1M transmission cooler facility
in Kenosha, Wisconsin (5 employees, 15,000 sq. ft.), a $11M exhaust and
transmission cooler facility in Burkesville, KY (12 staff employees, 60
operators two shifts, 50,000 sq. ft.), and the start up of a new $60M
exhaust gas cooler facility in Indianapolis, Indiana (150 employees, 80-
120,000 sq. ft.).
