Assistant Superintendent

As the Assistant Superintendent for a $180 million construction operation,

successfully handled 400,000 of the 700,000 sf of the job under the head

Superintendent. Led a diverse crew in overseeing the majority of the

casino portion, as well as the main kitchen, buffet and the red sage

restaurant. Performed a broad spectrum of management activities, including

spec build estimating, scheduling, jobsite budgets, budget allocation and

final job completion. Liaised between subcontractors, clients, vendors and

general contractors to track project progress.

. Successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and within

budget, including a brand new green field site on 85 acres, 1,200 slot

machines, sports bar, tower bar, support space, 6 kitchens, deli,

buffet, convention center ballrooms, meeting rooms, 390-room Hilton

hotel, Spa, Red Sage Restaurant, and outdoor pool.

Mansfield Medical Center, Mansfield, TX (2005-2006)

Assistant Superintendent/Senior Project Engineer

Spearheaded a $70 million fast track project, with responsibility for

leading the crew in the construction of a new green field site on 35 acres,

4-room OR Suite, ER Suite, ICU Suite, Radiology Suite, Women's Center with

7 LDR's, 2 C-section OR's, NICU, 2 floors of patient rooms, 5-story

building, MOB 5 stories, 300,000 sf.

Expansion and Renovation of the Broward General Medical Center, Fort
