Industrial projects:

. Hangtown Creek Water Reclamation Facility Improvements - Placerville,

CA (2006-2009). Provided the electrical, instrumentation and control

system design and administrative construction management services to

inspect and direct the construction of new facilities including

electrical equipment, control panel testing and startup. The existing

plant's new capacity is between 2-4 MGD, and the expansion

improvements included adding new headworks, primary and secondary

clarifier, biological nutrient removal facilities, ultra-violet

disinfection, solids dewatering and digestion, and effluent cooling.

The plant now has an Ethernet based Controllogix PLC control system

for its new RS FactoryTalk SCADA HMI system to monitor plant processes

and operations. The Plant is forecasted for final commission in April

2009.

. Auburn Water Treatment Plant Expansion - Auburn, CA (2005-2008).

Provided the electrical, instrumentation and control systems design

and administrative construction management services to inspect and

direct the construction of new water facilities including electrical

equipment, control panel testing and startup. The existing plant's

new capacity is between 7-14 MGD, and the expansion improvements

included new raw water screens, a raw water pump station, modular

factory-built Actifloc treatment units, 600,000 gallon filtered water

clearwell, backwash pumps, high service pumps, solids thickener, and

centrifuge dewatering. The plant has a new GE iFIX SCADA system

networked with an Ethernet based Controllogix PLC control system. The

plant was successfully commissioned in April 2008.

. Foothill Raw Water Tunnel Pump Station -Auburn, CA (2005-2008). The

pump station includes two separate pumping facilities in an 11400

square foot building, a 1.25 million gallon water storage basin and

electrical substation. Water is drawn from any of nine 36-inch

diameter shafts connected to the tunnel 200 feet beneath the surface

to source the Foothill Raw Water Treatment Plant and the Dutch Ravine

Canal System. Provided onsite electrical inspections, witnessed

factory testing of control panels, electrical design peer review and

administrative construction management services.

. South County Regional Water Agency Wastewater Plant Improvements -

Gilroy, CA (2007-2008). Provided the Agency with budgetary estimates

and electrical design proposals to expand the existing plant with a

new membrane bioreactor (MBR) facility plus improvements for a faulty

fiber optic communications backbone.

. City of Hollister Wastewater Plant Expansion - Hollister, CA (2005-

2008). Provided the electrical, instrumentation and control systems

design with administrative construction management services to inspect

and direct the construction of new water treatment facilities plus

electrical equipment. The plant expansion included a new 5 MGD

membrane bioreactor (MBR) allowing the plant to produce extremely high

quality water for reuse in the local community. A Controlnet based

Controllogix PLC control system was implemented for an improved

Wonderware SCADA system to monitor plant processes and operations.

The plant was successfully commissioned in July 2008.

. Highlands Reserve North Pump Station - Roseville, CA (2006).

Provided electrical engineering services to plan, design, specify and

inspect a factory-built, above ground water booster pump station. The

station control panels are Modicon Quantum PLC-based and with Ethernet

configuration to communicate with VFD's, OIT's, MCC Power Monitors and

an existing radio telemetry/TransDyne SCADA system that provides

remote monitoring and control. The Station was successfully

commissioned in February 2007.

stakeholders within the company's administrative, production,

(5) year period, successfully completed projects on time and within
