. Negotiate pricing, delivery lead times, payment terms, legal terms and

contracts with vendors and clients in conjunction with Legal Counsel.

. Order and track all components to ensure timely delivery for

production.

. Prioritize production schedule based on various deadlines, customer

requirements and factors internal to the company.

. Develop new vendor relationships through research, prospecting and

educational meetings as needed. Maintain existing vendor

relationships.

. Evaluate and select vendors for each project based on performance,

quality, production schedule, logistics and cost factors.

. Prepare and maintain job costing, profit and sales spreadsheets in

Excel and run reports as required.

. Manage quality of vendor performance, production schedule and lead

time expectations. Ensure products are compliant with engineered

specifications, local codes, quality standards, delivery deadlines and

meet customer expectations.

. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Vendors, Data Center Architects and

Directors of Corporate Real Estate from sales decision-making through

manufacturing process, to delivery, installation and service.
