Total management of all construction projects (main house, guest house, pool and
pool house, out buildings and site development). Job responsibilities included
bidding/estimating, scheduling, cash flow projections, managing on site staff, all
construction from preliminary plan review through certificate of occupation,
quality control, safety management, subcontractor and vendor communications and
coordination, monthly draw reviews, project close out including punch work,
compiling Operations and Warranty Manuals, and final acceptance of project for
the Owner.
2003 – 2006, Castle Valley Ranch Development. Manage land development and
residential construction. On the land side I worked with the Ownership, Land
Planners, Civil Engineers taking the process of raw land through the P.U.D.
subdivision approval process through the Town of New Castle, developing cost
estimates and management of the construction of the project. I worked on a 26
unit, 24 unit and 66 unit subdivision; included all road and utility work,
development of park areas and common use areas. On the housing side I worked
with the ownership in estimating and managing the planning, purchasing,
scheduling, budgeting and construction of single family and multi-family
residences. I was the Senior Project Manager responsible for both office and field
staff.
2002-2003, Land/housing development in Rifle. I worked with a developer to
construct (24) 1,400 to 1,700 square foot S.F.R. Included the management of
construction road and utility work for the subdivision. I did project
management/supervision for the entire project.

Construction. I worked with the Owner negotiating work, estimating, scheduling,
and supervising work. Typically I directed several superintendents (2-4) while I ran
