Executive Aide to The Adjutant General

As Executive Assistant and Confidential Assistant, I performed secretarial and

administrative duties in support of the Adjutant General. I maintained an exceptional

working knowledge of the programs, policies, and guidance's of the Office of The

Adjutant General (TAG), as well as two additional General Officers. My

responsibilities included, but were not limited to, facilitating the work of the TAG by

setting priorities, screening all official matters coming to the TAG, and when

appropriate, redirecting those that should be handled elsewhere. Completed special

the TAG in relation to the mission of the Montana National Guard; received and

courteous manner. Exercised judgment in relaying messages and callers that may

be urgent to the TAG; made all travel and hotel arrangements, both foreign and
