. Programmed and developed setup documentation for CNC lathes and
Vertical mills including Twin Turret twin spindle machines.
. Developed CNC macro programs to eliminate machine crashes due to setup
error when installing tooling.
. Designed and developed machining processes and tooling for new alloy
of no lead brasses for California AB-1953 compliance.
. Achieved annual cost reduction of $500K on high volume stainless steel
products through reduction of machine downtime and process
improvements.
. Coordinate and communicate with design engineers to make revisions to
