Team leader for multi-disciplinary research team focused on materials and
optical components for the Display industry. Set research direction,
managed $2.2M R&D budget, reported research performance metrics to upper
management, collaborated with customers and external technology partners,
managed project scheduling, managed phase and gate process for product
development, conducted regular performance reviews and developed personnel.
. Invented / Authored 182 issued U.S. patents and 61 pending patent
applications. Most prolific inventor in the history of Eastman Kodak.

and Black and White paper products. Provided daily manufacturing

the areas of web converting, coating, injection and extrusion molding, thin
film manufacturing, polymer optical lenses, assembly of complex electro-
mechanical systems, photo-resist and micro-replication.
