To Whom It May Concern:

In response to your need for a Human Resources Manager, I am enclosing my

resume for your review. Given my proven record of work performance and

experience in HR and manufacturing, I believe myself to be a qualified

candidate for this position.

I pride myself on being a results oriented, hands-on individual with

progressive management experience. My belief is in Human Resources as an

organizational change leader. I am passionate about Human Resources as

being vitally important in the innovation of manufacturing. I have 15

years of experience as a member of Human Resources in the automotive

manufacturing industry with both transplant and domestic suppliers. An

evaluation of my resume will further acquaint you with my background and

qualifications for this position.

Currently, I am the Human Resources Manager of two companies with combined

Administration. For 11 years, my experience helped a leading local

manufacturer of automotive products experience phenomenal growth. As an HR

Manager in my current position, I have reduced turnover from 40% to 5%. In

In review of my resume, you will note my growth and experience. What it

cannot illustrate, however, is the degree of dedication, resourcefulness,

and professionalism that I can offer. A personal conversation will enable

us to discuss how I can contribute to the success of your company. My

salary requirements for this position are negotiable, as I would welcome

the opportunity to contribute to any successful company. I look forward to

hearing from you with the possibility of pursuing an employment

relationship with you in the near future.

Sincerely,
