. Recently lead inventory improvement efforts at Heatcraft Brazil.

Significantly improved inventory location system as well as inventory

flow process.

Closed two major motel refinancing loans one for $10.5MM and another for

$6.3MM.

. Established weekly reports for all fifteen companies detailing cash flow

. Corrected ten company's financial statements and established timely

closings with complete and accurate balance sheets and cash flow

premium freight savings over prior year.
