million gallon ethanol start up plant. Responsible for all associate

relations functions including both hourly and salaried payroll, benefit

administration, and management of harassment investigations. Training

EMPLOYMENT MANAGER

Managed all aspects of hourly and management recruitment for a 910

room hotel which included 76,000 square foot of banquet space, 30

departments including the following outlets: flower shop, gift shop,

business center, two restaurants, night club, and four lounges. Managed

employee relations functions for more than 500 associates which

included EEOC compliance, unemployment and workers compensation

administration, sexual harassment investigations, career succession

planning, benefit administration and compensation management.
