. Personally wrote and submitted over 200 grants since July 2008

. Redesigned website: from including a CMS system, to revising

internal content, visual appearance and brand recognition to

better serve our members, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and

staff and to better engage future participants. Launch date:

. Personally transferred and maintained payroll services from ADP

to Paychex. This change reduced cost to HOBY and increased

benefits to staff.

. Created flagship internship program including program design,

. The Reach for the Stars Foundation is dedicated to providing

individuals afflicted with Cystic Fibrosis and their families

with the resources, knowledge and support necessary to manage

their unrelenting battle with this insidious disease.

. Raised over $300,000 in donations and over $270,000 of in-kind

donations for the annual Stars 4 Stars Golf & Gala star-studded

event held at The Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casino and The

Woodlands Country Club & Golf Resort. Coordinated the entire

event.

. Raised over $35,000 for the annual "Walk under the Stars" walk-

a-thon held at Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton.

. Creates monthly events to generate continuous revenue, support
