after 2 years I was moved up to Front Desk
Manager and held that position until 2006 when
I moved to full-time to Bricker & Eckler. I was
restored my title after the work force reduction
at Bricker. My duties were to make staff
schedules and to fill in with any call offs. I also
handled any issues that a customer had and I
had and still have full authority to make any
decision I see best to resolve the guest’s situation.

Hospitality Supervisor
• As Hospitality supervisor my job duties are: ordering food and drinks for our
attorney’s client meetings. I arrange the food from Caterer’s outside of the
firm and I make the schedule for the set up and the clean up for my employees.
I also order supplies to keep the 6 in-house kitchens stocked with supplies
from our vendors. I’m also in charge of keeping track of receipts and bills and
turning them into accounting dept. I was one of 40 people laid off in a work
force reduction, with status of re-hire.
