Shadow RQ7-B Unmanned Aerial System 2012-Present
As part of the Shadow UAS flight crew conduct daily missions in a tactical environment. Conduct launch
and recovery procedures of the air vehicle. Responsible for flying daily missions in support of Brigade
level assets. Operate the payload to conduct tactical missions, including route reconnaissance; counter
indirect fire; and counter improvised explosive devise, all in support of ground and air units. As an
instructor operator conduct yearly required training to include annual proficiency and readiness test, no-
notice exams and readiness level progression training for newly assigned operators. Ensure missions are
being conducted IAW written regulations and standards. As a mission coordinator worked closely with
supporting agencies to coordinate required airspace and worked with intelligence analyst to gather and
disseminate information pertaining to targets acquired. This included relaying information on target
descriptions, target locations and activities. Coordinated with ground and air fire support units on target
acquisition. Prepared and presented mission reports to higher echelons on daily activity and findings.

Test and Evaluation Engineer
Participated in system DT&E/OT&E event data collection and test documentation modification. Verified
test setup; anticipated data collection nodes, and data collection formats. Identified computer

Network Test Lead 2006-2008
As a Network Test Lead for Joint Interoperability Testing (JIT), Coalition testing, Joint Combined
Hardware in the Loop Event (JCHE), responsible for developing and maintaining test configuration plans,
network configuration and infrastructure diagrams, network performance reports for testing conducted on
the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) to include VLANS, IP addresses and network
configuration drawings. Worked closely with DOD sites to ensure that network configuration was
completed according to test requirements also, ensured network resources were available, adequate, and
met testing requirements. Responsible for monitoring network bandwidth usage and gathering network
performance data during testing. Handled network problems before and during testing and came up with
technical solution ensuring minimal testing downtime. Published network performance reports at the
conclusion of all tests providing the test director with all of the network data as well as recommendation
for improvements.
Administrative Assistant 2005-2006
As the administrative assistant to the program manager prepared correspondence and edited deliverables
documents ensuring all information was IAW written policies and procedures. Responsible for processing
of employee reimbursements for travel and company credit card usage using the Concur system. Assisted
the program control office in updating databases. Maintained tasks order files and provided routine
administrative duties to the program manager as well task leads, analyst and support staff.
U.S. ARMY 1999- 2005
Air Traffic Controller- Tower
Provided safe and orderly flow of air traffic in Class D airspace. Average of 110,000 movements a year.
Single runway operation with six instrument approaches. Daily activities included launch and recovery of
fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft to include approval/disapproval of pilot request for simulated flame
out, overhead maneuver and closed traffic. Provided flight following services, issued taxi instructions,
issued IFR clearances and releases. Coordinated with pilots and other controllers to eliminate potential
conflicts. Applied instrument and visual flight rule separation. Adhered to policy and procedures IAW
Federal Aviation Administration Handbook 7110.65, local letters of operation and military rules and
regulations. Mentored eight trainees to obtain their certified tower operator rating.
Air Traffic Controller - Ground Controlled Approach
As a Radar controller provided surveillance and precision approach radar to military and civilian aircraft
by issuing range, azimuth and elevation data for landing. Coordinated with approach control and local
control positions to obtain landing clearances. Accepted radar handoffs and single frequency usage.
Trained five trainees to obtain their radar certification.
