. On original launch team for Discover Card. Oversaw explosive growth

leadership team to merge cultures of Dean Witter and Discover HR teams

. Assumed full P & L responsibilities for account activation and

retention for two portfolios, including Call Center and telemarketing

incentive programs and marketing interfaces. Developed and led

corporate teams for proactive and ongoing retention and upgrade

programs; extensive systems development project work. Managed 88

million budget.

. Managed creative, data gathering, and modeling, production, and print

and fulfillment vendors for each of the above major initiatives;
