Charu Jain, RA, PMP, LEED AP has over 30 years of architectural, project, and program management experience working

In her tenure at Middough Inc. Ms. Jain managed projects for numerous educational, corporate, government and commercial

South 40 Relocation Projects at NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland, Ohio

Project Manager for the relocation of NASA Glenn Research Center buildings to make way for the new runway at Cleveland

Hopkins International Airport. Facilities included a day care facility, fitness center, picnic pavilion, chemical storage facility and

support areas. Ms. Jain managed multidiscipline project teams and numerous sub consultants including MBE/FBE and

coordinated with the City of Cleveland Office of Equal Opportunity. All engineering activities were coordinated with the City of

Cleveland, Department of Port Control, NASA and their representatives. She was responsible for managing scope, budgets,

costs, and quality control.

Segregated Housing and Medical Facility, Pickaway Correctional Institution, Orient, Ohio

Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction

Project Manager for this $20 million project including a one story segregated housing building and attached two story medical

facility. Managed the engineering team that provided structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and

construction contract administration services. Responsibilities include managing multiple disciplines, client interface, scope,

schedules, and budgets.

Edgewater Park Marina UST Investigation and Remediation, Cleveland, Ohio

Ohio Department of Natural Resources

Senior Project Manager for the site study and design of remediation system for groundwater impacted with high benzene

levels.

Lakefront Development at Lakewood Park, City of Lakewood, Ohio

Senior Project Manager on water and land packages for park improvements, including fishing pier, lakefront promenade,

accessible ramp and all-purpose trails.

Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority

• Rehabilitation of the West 65th Street Rail Station, Cleveland, OH

Project Manager for $4 million rehabilitation of 4,000 SF “Green” West 65th Street Rail Station. Responsible for

managing multiple disciplines and sub-consultants scope, schedules, budgets and quality. Conducted brainstorming

sessions and public meetings for community groups and stakeholders,

Program Manager for the Wal-Mart Ohio Program in Northeast Ohio. Managed the design and construction of Wal-Mart

Super Centers:

Senior Project Manager for a $4.7 million, 23,500 SF Facility with a Class 10,000 clean room designed for student instruction

in fuel cell technologies.

Max S. Hayes Vocational High School, Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD), Cleveland, OH

Project Manager for the $18.5 million renovation of the Vocational High School, Responsibilities included managing a multi-

discipline project team and multiple sub consultants Project was put on hold by CMSD at 90% phase due to budgetary

constraints.

Construction was phased to allow the facility to remain operational.

high hazard areas.
