Best Buy Inc., Yakima, WA 98903: I am working in inventory now and have worked several other
positions. As an in home theater sales representative I was responsible to ensure a positive
customer experience and listening skills were very important. I encouraged customers to by service
plans and other services to go with their new products. I was required to multi-task to take care of
several people at one time without making them feel forgotten. I was responsible for proper
preparation and entry of data for the customer's purchases into the corporate database. February

Tree Top Selah, WA 98942: I held several positions here as I started out as a temporary employee
and later was hired on permanent. When I left I was a Drum Dry Assistant. This position was
responsible to keep the machine running to ensure production quotas were met. Responsibilities
included supervision of others with regards to break coverage and a shift on Fridays with a
subordinate for cleanup. This required the ability to stay on top of 8 machines making giant apple
sheets that were ground into apple flakes in another room with more machines for which I was
