May 2001 - September 2001 (Project NorthCoast Wireless) My position was
Site Acquisition Manager and my duties for NorthCoast Wireless
Communications were to identify sites for the Worcester, Springfield and
Pittsfield areas in Massachusetts. Our primary gold was negotiating lease
terms, rent amounts and review local zoning for a master report to
NorthCoast. I coordinated with construction team and the engineering
departments throughout the construction time frame reviewing specs and
equipment lists and timetables. We also identify existing wireless
telecommunication sites; identify the telephone and power capacity on the
site and the availability to expand for the site for additional equipment.
Once we have verified equipment proposed location we verified demarc
location and the distance to the equipment location. Once the site was
approved form engineering we would proceed to negotiated rent and review
local zoning codes.
June 1998 - April 2001 (Project Air-Band). This project was to provide site
acquisition services to a broadband company for their build out in the
Boston Market. Obtain candidates that the client can use for building their
wireless service. Provide leasing completion within the guidelines of the
contract with the client. Provide a zoning analysis for each city to show
the time of completion of each candidate selected. Oversee and assist the
team of Site Acquisition, Zoning Administrator and Construction Manager in
each field as needed to complete their task. Prior to the present contract,
assist and train site acquisition personnel to acquire potential candidates
for the purpose of building a tower network for a worldwide tower company
in Central and Southern New Hampshire as well as Central and Northern
Massachusetts. Research all zoning district and conduct analysis for zoning
procedures. Prepare a site acquisition package for the client demonstrating

wireless carrier. This client was Page-Net, Boston. We Completed Page-Net's
build out for the TAMS network. We were based out of the Page-Net office in
