. Develop and execute the campus recruiting strategy including identifying

creative approaches to campus recruiting for two large priority schools

simultaneously

. Knowledge of Title VII and related EEOC regulatory compliances

. Participate in the candidate selection and relationship building process

for all Southwest Sub Area campus recruits which consists of 9 offices

and four states

inconsistencies at strategic schools

. Train clients and provide subject matter expertise on recruiting issues

Leader, and EY's Shared Services Center
