Manage financial planning, performance, budgeting, and cash management for
firm and individual projects. Develop annual strategic plan including
identifying target markets, establishing financial and performance
objectives, refining organizational structure to support objectives and
identifying brand extension opportunities. Prepare and negotiate all
project contracts and oversee all legal matters in coordination with
outside counsel.

. Spearheaded creation of Montreal-based subsidiary company,
specializing in commercial planning and leasing of mixed-use projects,

master developer in bidding for public/private projects; as an
