and provide the best guest experience in the Eastern Iowa area, and were
mentioned in the Midwest Living Magazine for our hearty and hearty menu.

Paramount is a specialized building management organization with operating
responsibilities for Hilton, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and independent
properties in Chicago and thought the Midwest. I completely renovated and
managed two major properties in the Chicago area concurrently managing
operations at eight other properties. I developed complete construction
plans that included design, scheduling, vendor selection, organization,
staffing, and operating systems. During my tenure, the gross operating
profits at the properties under my direction were the highest in years.
Chase Park Plaza
1982 - 1985

At the time I was recruited by the new ownership of Chase Park Plaza, it
was the largest hotel property in St. Louis. Brought on board as a member
of the Executive Committee, I was charged with bringing this run-down
property back to a "Four Star" "Four Diamond" status. This involved a
renovation of 600 rooms, 100 apartments and more than 250,000 square feet
of public areas.
