Controller
• Responsible for 8 different dining services at the University of Nevada-Reno campus and at Truckee Meadows
Community College.
• Train other West Coast Region Chartwells units on our accounting system and payroll procedures.
• Manage the accounting department, payroll and HR department.
• Since being employed our unit has been CFE certified 3 times and account of the year twice in the last 3 years.
• Review financials for each dining unit, including catering.
• Calculate weekly commissions and royalties to clients and the UNR campus.
• Review and adjust weekly Trial Balances, P & L reports for each dining unit.
• Receive payroll or HR issue reports and have policy of a maximum 3 day turn around to resolve any issue.
