communication to the status of the contract /project to project
team, executive management, and owners.
- Provide supervision of project superintendents, field safety
personnel, and other applicable project team staff.
- Coordinate required personnel, materials & equipment to ensure

performance of subs working on various phases of the project.

. Responsible for securing TI work in the Twin Cities area and the MSP
Airport including multiple restaurants for several high-profile,
international clients.
. Performing services and contracting directly with landlords for base
building work and white box preparations including a $500,000 mall
front modernization, a $500,000 renovation of 2 Food Courts, and a
$1,500,000 Airport Landside Concessions Preparation project.
. Contracting with Franchise Owners to provide turn-key operations for
budget, design, and construction, services that comply with corporate
criteria guidelines.
. Performing public bidding and contracting for municipally and
