implementation of an Oracle based Integrated Drug Delivery System. The
system was designed to support clinic controlled pharmacies. Each
pharmacy had PC based formularies, which were polled at night by a VAX
mini-computer. Prescription and re-order information was retrieved and
processed at the repackaging facility. Orders were automatically
generated, filled and delivered to each respective clinic formulary the
next day. The system was developed on a PC and VAX using Oracle's RDBMS
v5.1, SQL*FORMS v2.2, Pro*C and SQL*PLUS.
