application to the new application standard. This project took 6 months

integrating 22 departments into the Helpdesk, Desktop and On-site

Services.

* Collaborated with the PMO to develop a standard small project management

methodology including set criteria and work products at the Enterprise

Change Management processes within Desktop Services.
