Work with the Environmental Dept. collecting

samples and share duty every four weeks. Work with

the HR Dept. on hiring process, safety orientation

for new hires, and grievance meetings. Largest Mill

outage ever (35 days) worked with over 2000

contractors in this time period on safety

orientation and all safety issues.
