but are not limited to: land acquisition, land development, preconstruction services, design

build, LEEDS certification recommendations, civil design of site/offsite improvements,

wet/dry utili ties, design of bridges and roads and implementing all improvements with

engineering, budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement and coordination, and if

necessary creating self-performing t rades if deemed more economically. My construction

k nowledge allows me the ability to build from inception to completion (including high r ise

and subterranean structures). I am, also, knowledgeable in real estate law, construction

law, construction finance, architectural design, structural design, project analysis, LEEDS,

OSHA, UBC and IBC codes, JOC Contracts dealing with all levels of the different

m unicipalities and procurement.
