Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) professional services; cyber

security; IT architectures, network services; configuration, network, asset management;

outside/inside plant implementation; international and US access, connectivity and transport; and

the Netcents 1 contract supporting Air Force network service task orders. Outstanding

IT systems. The project was expanded into a web-based tool. Selected to lead the end-to-end

design, development, installation, test and integration of voice products and IT systems providing

long distance service for Mexico (Avantel). Identified, designed and developed end-to-end

solutions for the capture of Non-standard Complex Network Management programs.
