CHRONOLOGICAL SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Project Manager (Ecommerce) PMO
The Home Depot, Feb 2010 – August 2010
• Managed The Appliance Redesign Project a multi-phase reimplementation of the leading category in
Home Depot’s web presence accounting for over $100m in web sales, in the first five months on
2010, which is 25% of total web HD Online sales. Additional functionality was added to broaden
product lines to include “Pro” appliances and offer additional delivery and accessory options to online
consumers. An extensive User Experience review was conducted as part of this project.
• Managed the Interactive Preference Center (IPC) implementation including realignment of scope and
CRM direction to enable the IPC to be delivered on schedule by an external vendor, Acxiom (Budget
$1.3m). Scope adjustments included a thorough analysis of a planned Single-Sign-On solution that
would have delayed the project significantly due to contention for HD/IT resources and budgets. A
solution was devised not relying on SSO which allowed the project to proceed without HD/IT delays.
Worked with the vendor to reduce project risk by staying on Oracle rather than proceeding with a SQL
Server Conversion.
• Managed the Implementation of 6 Micro-sites (lg.homedepot.com, ge.homedepot.com
nhance.homedepot.com etc.) being deployed by vendors in support of the HD Ecommerce site. Sites
were developed by individual external agencies with direction from HD to align to Brand and Site
Creative and User Experience Standards.

Nutri-Living Corp., March 2009 – Feb 2010
• Web consolidation project including e-commerce, content management, social networking, and
centralized lead management.
• Evaluated content management application and open source extensions and plug-ins for the e-
commerce and social networking functions. Designed the taxonomy for content and the data
structure for data flow between sites including initial content migration.
• Vendor selection for graphic design and development resources utilizing both on-shore and off-shore.

Network Communications Inc., May 2008 – February 2009
• Project leadership for a business critical ground-up redevelopment of the core systems and
infrastructure used to process and host over one half million real estate listings. The project
consisted of 16 dedicated development resources and an additional 20 shared resources including,
developers, testers, and infrastructure support staff. (Budget $3.5mil). Testing and implementation
support resources were drawn from the business community using SharePoint to coordinate
scheduling, reporting and operational feedback.
• The ecommerce application was developed using .Net/ Web 2.0 /AJAX /.net Tiers, and provides data
capture of listing, print ad requests and issues layout, image uploading, proofing, and full service
client interface.
• The project complexity included the following; Listings are processed from over 100 feeds, validated
and standardization for storage in a normalized relational database. Stored listing data is then made
available to various image processing applications and Issue Publication function that feeds over 500
in-house print publications as well as being selectively transmitting downstream to feed over 40
partner websites.

Quality Control Manager
Internet Broadcasting, January 2008 – May 2008
• Established the Quality Control Initiative for an industry leading internet content and service provider
totally revamping their QA/QC methods, infrastructure and processes. The infinitive included
tightened Release Management Procedures which were disseminated via a SharePoint Wiki.
• Championed the QC Department and drove the spread of industry best practices for QC throughout
the enterprise.
• Developed a program plan to totally revise the code promotion and testing process for the complex
web publication (Akamai) and content management environment that serves 66 high profile high
volume Television Station Web Sites.

Carlson Marketing Worldwide & Carlson Hotels Worldwide, 2007
Loyalty Program for Carlson Hotels Worldwide, development and implementation:
• Responsible for leading the joint efforts of Carlson Marketing and Carlson Hotels corporations to
develop a state-of-the-art Customer Loyalty Platform for deployment globally in all Carlson Hotel
brands, comprising 900+ properties. This was a major component of Carlson Hotel’s CRM Initiative.
• Facilitated the Executive Steering Committee meetings and providing the program dashboard that
displays metrics and program progress commentary. This includes Organization and Information
Technology Change Control processes, dashboard reporting of key Integration Point statuses and
Chronological Milestone. Developed executive reports designed to monitor this mission critical
program. Utilized SharePoint to disseminate status reporting and developed executive reports
designed to monitor this mission critical program.
• Worked with the senior leadership of both vendor and client organizations to align and coordinate
efforts to design the business processes necessary to support the new application as well as the
training needed to make the application successful across all brands.
• Created and monitored a combined implementation plan that encompassed all 21 projects and major
sub-systems spanning both IT and Business Work-stream tasks.
• Managed Project Teams of shared resources (on-shore and off-shore), with the major development

• Program Manager assigned to the ‘Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure Division’ (ETI) PMO, to
manage all aspects of the Configuration Management (CM) Program and the Software Rationalization
Program.
• Formed an Executive Steering Committee, delivered executive training of ITIL Configuration
Management concepts to ETI leaders and business unit leaders, then issued an RFP for Consulting
Services to deliver ITIL based subject matter expertise to the organization.
• Program oversight of the Software Rationalization Program which identified redundant and duplicative
software products and eliminated unused licenses and other configuration anomalies, such as
incorrect versions and out of support applications. The program included the Platforms Solutions
Project that discovered Configuration Item and established a Configuration Management Database
(CMDB).
• Managed the Enterprise Computing Initiative which included the acquisition of ALTIRIS to provide a
CMDB of the Server and Desktop environments, and provide plug ins to the ARGIS Asset
Management System and the CA Unicenter Service Desk Application.
• Project Manager for the Master Scale Conversion Project through the Project Initiation Phase and the
beginning of the Design and Activation Phase. The Master Scale Conversion was the key project in a
major revamping of Credit Risk Management across the enterprise to meet Basel II guidelines. The

Management Applications and Prism the Credit Risk Engine.

This system utilized CRM techniques to profile the data needs of employees and organizational

business representatives including Executives, Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Maintenance
Worker Representatives.
• Managed the development team of seven through conceptual design, including Entity Relationship
diagramming, and prototyping iterations to model the design decisions reached during JRP sessions.

on the parent company in Japan. The system included Focus Forecasting Techniques which allowed the
system to select the most suitable reordering algorithm for the part. The system supported an inventory
