. Currently, I am a Route Sales Driver/Salesperson responsible for the
delivery and managing of customer product supply/demand, working in

their respective customer shelves and/or display cases and to ensure

. At Rightech, I was a Level 3 installer, responsible for the
installation of power cables as well as 25 pair, 50 pair, and/or 100
pair cables. Also, I was responsible for the termination of wiring
on mainframes and powering up of DSO and DS3 cabinets.

. As Lead Technician, I was the supervisor of technical installers on
the various job sites. During this supervision, the installers and I
were responsible for the installation of NEC phone systems, wireless
cell service antennas, as well as Cat5, Cat6, Fiber Optic, and Coax
cables, and all necessary corresponding equipment. I was also the
liaison between the customer and internal management to ensure that

. As Project Manager, I was responsible for the supervision of several
technical contractors who installed fiber-optic conduit. The duties
I performed consisted of verification and interpretation of
commercial and/or residential buried plant blueprints, provide daily

budget, and provided conflict resolution between management, staff,
and our customers.

. As an Installation Technician, I was responsible for the installation

controllers, central office switches and routers, Cat6, Fiber Optic

. As a Senior Systems Technician, I was responsible for the technical
support in regards to telephone, computer, and printer equipment for
5 internal departments, approximately 300 employees. Also, I
had responsibility for the installation, testing, repair of in-house
telephone lines which included POTS, ISDN, and Meridian, 2.4k - 56k
circuits, Cisco switches/routers for the Verizon Network, and
utilization of appropriate testing equipment.
. Prior to being a Senior Systems Technician, I held the position of
Service Technician which my duties included but were not limited to
the installation, testing and repair of residential customer POTS
phone service, DSL, and acted as an interim supervisor when the
supervisor was unavailable.
. My entry position at Verizon was as a Maintenance Administrator. I
was responsible for customer service, troubleshooting of customer's
telephone related issues/concerns/problems, data entry, supervisor of
the customer service desk where I was able to provide conflict
resolution to escalated customer matters and to ensure the needs of
our customer were met.
United States Marine Corps, Moundsville, WV 6/1995 - 6/2001
. As a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, I was
accountable for the supervision of the morale, welfare, discipline,
and training of 27 subordinate marines at Marine Wing Support
Squadron, Detachment Alpha. I provided daily status reports in regards
to the marines, weapons, and gear in my platoon to the in charge
Weapons Platoon Officer. In addition to my daily status reports, I
was responsible for the evaluation of the marines in my platoon to
determine their effectiveness and compliance to the United States
Marine Corp policies/procedures/protocols/regulations, nominated
individual marines from within my platoon for promotions and/or awards
based upon the outcomes of their evaluations, the implementation and
supervision of all platoon training plans, ensured that the training
was performed/conducted in accordance with the training plan and
completed in a safe/effective/timely manner, and that the marines in
my platoon were current on all testing and qualifications that were
set forth by the United States Marine Corp.
