Profile
Bianca has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry since 2003. It runs in her blood, as her family is one of the original
Ukrainian families to have opened a motel in Wisconsin Dells. The range of experience since college includes: convention
management, sales, marketing, communications, branding and advertising with Hyatt Corporation, conferences and events
with the University of Wisconsin Madison, sales with Chula Vista Resort and marketing and sales with the Lansing Lugnuts, a
professional baseball team. Most recently, Bianca decided to follow her five year dream and her family’s highly entrepreneurial
roots by opening her own coffee, beer and wine house, Pause. The reception to the concept was overwhelming and the impact
on her life more than she ever anticipated. Bianca was a one woman show at Pause and operated a daily blog with “pause
notes,” which emphasized the experiences she had with small business ownership and how it affected all aspects of life. The
notes created a loyal following and caused her to realize that not only did she create her own brand with Pause, but she is her
own brand. Now that the Pause era has come to a close, it is time for her to follow old passions of marketing, branding,
advertising and communication back into the Bigger Picture.
