Premier Manufacturing Support Service, Facility Manager, 2007-2009
Maintaining the High Velocity Center for Ford Motor Co. The position would
be to cover all functions of the facility, and maintain the ready status on
all equipment. The necessity to start a preventative maintenance program
for both in house and outside contractors this would cover the building and
all equipment. The position also required the setting up and over seeing an
annual budget for the day to day expenses to operate. Another segment of
the position required the setting up of agreements and contracts for the
facility. During my time with the facility I renegotiated all standing
contracts and agreements that were in place at that time and realizing a
cost savings for Ford and Premier. At Fords request I over saw any projects
for them making sure that safety and standards were maintained. The last
part for the position covered record keeping and accountability for all
work performed and expenses incurred with the maintaining of the facility
this also included the hiring of custodians for the facility to maintain
Ford standard and unionize them for the UAW.
Cutrale Citrus, Electronic Technician, 2007-2007
. Repair and maintain the electrical production equipment for blending
and mixing and packaging of citrus products. The equipment used in
this is high speed labeling and filling.
. This covered a wide range of sensors, timers, high speed labeling and
general electrical maintenance repair. The position was a rotating
shift including weekends.
Windoor Inc., Maintenance Manager, 2004-2006
The position was a hand on manager over seeing the maintenance of the
production equipment which covered the pneumatic cutting, punching, and
forming equipment in the facility along with the upgrading of the
equipment. The purchase of high accuracy sawing equipment for production,
and the installing of electrical and control cable for the equipment. Along
with the maintenance the hiring of personnel and contractors for the
facility. Another segment of the position required the purchasing of the
safety and day to day supplies.
. The setting up of a preventive maintenance program along with a work
order system for the facility equipment.
. Maintaining the rolling fleet for the facility this consisted of
forklifts, pickup trucks, mules and trailers.
. Setup service agreements with vendors and contractors to perform
necessary work in the facility.

Performing the maintenance for the window division which took in the paint
line, glass cleaning, glass cutting, and window assembly line also the
shipping floor along with the waste treatment plant upgrade.

operate and upgrade the unit for efficiency. After the projects were
complete the county and state inspectors gave me high praise for the
condition of the waste water being sent off site to their facility.
. The other upgrades for the paint line included the installing of a
water purification system, and the realigning of the spraying system
in the wash tunnel, also the drying and curing tunnels air movement.
. Management of weekend maintenance and cleanup crew which on an average
was a 50 man crew which also included the quality control department
on the paint line. I instructed them on how to complete inspections
and set up the wash tunnels for the material to be cleaned and
painted.
. The rebuilding and insalling of all sawing, drilling, cleaning and
forming equipment.
Previous Employers:
Unocal, Rohm Haas, Emulsion systems Inc., Cook Composites and Polymers,
Different owners of the same facility in Illinois and Florida. The
locations were chemical facilities producing a wide range of polymers for
industry. The Cook Composites and Polymer facility in Florida manufactured
Gel coat. The positions in Illinois were hands on maintenance and
maintenance manager also safety manager. Cook Composites also requested a
