Responsible for planning work details and making all technical
decisions to insure implementation of federal, regional and local
environmental laws and regulations governing drinking water, and
other environmental concerns. Monitor all water plant and advise
on environmental impact and compliance with EPA. Also, interface
with federal, state, county and municipal officials, consulting
engineering, industrial officials, developers, water, sanitary
