Duties: Working as a Cashier/Stocker, I assisted customers as they entered the
store to purchase food items along with different other items. I even stocked
shelves with can goods. (8 hrs. per week)
October 2006-June 2007: Delta Surgical Clinic – Medical Records Clerk, Greenwood,
MS
Duties: As a Medical Records Clerk, I assisted doctors, nurses, and patients with
important medical records, answered the phone, input important information into the
computer database, pulled and filed medical records, scheduled patient’s appointment,
help others when needed, kept work station clean throughout the day, etc. (8 hrs. per
week)
June 2005-September 2006: Unicel – Customer Service Representative, Greenwood,

Duties: Working as a Customer Service Representative, I assisted customers with their
cell phone payments, answered the phone, answered any questions that the customers
may have had about their bill(s) {problem solving skills}, assisted others in the store with
any purchases that they may have had, helped others as needed, kept my work station

Duties: Working as a Phlebotomist, I took on the duties of drawing blood, Urine
Specimen, Finger sticks, EKG’s Venipuncture, Vita signs, etc. I also input information
