While employed at Lear worked on the assembly line, drove hilo for the lines or the Materials Department, also was

Group Leader which entails running the line and problem solving any quality issues that arose. Also a QS9000 cert

auditor, a Greenbelt for Six Sigma, also worked with the company on many projects to initialize cost savings measu

the lines.

Press Operator

Excelled in running plastic injection molding, ran 20 different presses. Pulled the parts trimmed them and packaged

for shipment to the customers.

Completed all the daily functions of a convenience store, balanced the books, ordered merchandise, and made daily

deposits. Was responsible for all the stores personal decisions.

Ran the entire collection department, made all arrangement on delinquencies, and initiated all legal processes. Took

delinquency rate from 17% down to .75% in nine months.

Started as a teller and worked my way up through various departments, when leaving there I was the Collection Spe

making appearances on behalf of the Credit Union in all area courts, ordered repossessions and foreclosures, filed a

necessary paperwork with the different courts.
